1. Refund Eligibility
At Transfigure Fitness Solutions Pvt Ltd (“Transfigure Fitness Solutions”), we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our yoga and diet plans for corporate employees. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for a refund, please note the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The service must not have been fully utilized or completed.
- Refunds are not available for partial or unused portions of the service.
- Refunds are only applicable to the original purchaser and are not transferable.
2. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@holisticcoachgurpreetsingh.net or call us at 8289031810.
- Provide your name, contact information, order details, and reason for the refund request.
- Our customer support team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 working days
3. Refund Fees
We do not charge any processing fees for refunds. However, please note that any transaction fees imposed by third-party payment processors are non-refundable.
4. Service Requirements
For yoga classes:
- Refunds are available if you have not attended more than two sessions of the purchased class package.
- After attending more than two sessions, refunds will not be provided.
For diet plans:
- Refunds are available if you have not received or accessed any personalized diet plan recommendations.
- Once personalized diet plan recommendations have been provided, refunds will not be provided.
